Spent my Xmas in a hotel close to the KZ-KG border and enjoyed the free airport transfer. The breakfast was nice and filling, but limited in quantity. , the location was perfect, in the heart of the city with easy access to public transport and major attractions. The staff were friendly and provided me with an upgrade to a VIP suite for a small fee, making my stay all the more comfortable.
The windows in my room were not soundproof, so the street noise was irritating. The bathroom shower had some minor issues during my stay which caused inconvenience.

During my xmas stay, the hotel provided me with a free airport transfer, which was very helpful. the breakfast served was tasty, even though there were some quantity limitations. the hotel is located in a prime location close to several key attractions, making it easy for me to go sightseeing.
the noise from the street was quite loud, and the windows were not soundproof, which disrupted my sleep.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were really helpful and provided us with transportation to our next destination. The breakfast provided was good, although the quantity was limited. The hotel facilities were clean and the location was convenient.
All was perfect.
